What You Would Do:

  • Develop, design, and maintain technologies aimed at enhancing our clients’ and the world’s operations.
  • Work in dynamic environments, leveraging your adaptability to create and support technology solutions throughout the entire development cycle.
  • Design, build, test, assemble, support, and configure applications based on business requirements.
  • Understand business drivers influencing performance and deliver software to meet those expectations.
  • Incorporate technology trends into solutions and actively participate in developing automation solutions, new functionalities, and technologies, integrating them into existing solutions.
  • Demonstrate an aptitude for learning, strong analytical and problem-solving skills, and proficiency in verbal and written communication.
  • Deliver code within set timelines and quality expectations, actively participating in peer reviews.
  • Take ownership of successful solution implementation.

  • Application of business and functional knowledge, adherence to testing standards, guidelines, and methodology to achieve overall team test objectives.
  • Designing testing scenarios for usability testing and preparation of all reports related to software testing.
  • Analysis of results and submission of observations to the development team.

Eligibility Criteria:

We are looking for candidates with the following qualifications:

  • B.E/B.Tech/M.E/M.Tech, MCA, and M.Sc. (CSE, IT only) graduates from 2019, 2020, 2021, 2022, and 2023 with full-time education (Part-time and distance educations are not considered).
  • No active backlogs during application and/or onboarding.
  • No participation in the Accenture Recruitment assessment/interview process in the last three months.
  • Less than 11 months of experience.
  • Eligibility to work in India through citizenship or possession of relevant work permit documents.
  • Bhutan and Nepal nationals can work in India without a work visa, while other foreign nationals require a work visa, Overseas Citizenship of India (OCI), or Person of Indian Origin (PIO) card.

Assessment Process:

If eligible, you will receive an email invitation for online assessments, including:

  1. Mock Assessment (mandatory): A 20-minute practice assessment to ensure hardware, software, and internet readiness.
  2. Assessment #1: Cognitive and Technical assessment (90 minutes) covering English ability, critical thinking, problem-solving, and technical skills.
  3. Coding Assessment (45 minutes) immediately following the Cognitive and Technical assessment, with two questions to be solved in C, C++, Dot Net, Java, or Python.
  4. Assessment #3 (Optional): Communication assessment (30 minutes) evaluating sentence mastery, vocabulary, fluency, and pronunciation.

Candidates must participate in all assessments, and failure to do so will conclude the assessment process for their candidature.
