Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Provide 24/7 enterprise support to BrowserStack customers.
  2. Actively debug user test cases to ensure compatibility across all browser platforms.
  3. Respond to inquiries about BrowserStack products on forums.
  4. Collaborate with Engineering, Product Management, and Sales teams to promptly address product issues and contribute ideas for product improvement.
  5. Contribute to both public and internal knowledge bases.

Required Key Skills:

  1. Proficiency in written and spoken English.
  2. Strong customer interaction skills, handling diverse customer sentiments.
  3. Knowledge or hands-on experience in functional and automation testing tools/frameworks such as Selenium, Cypress, Playwright, Appium, etc.
  4. Hands-on experience in at least one programming language like Java, Node JS, Python, Ruby, etc.
  5. Familiarity with version control systems like Git, Github, Team Foundation Server (TFS), etc.
  6. Basic understanding of APIs, bash or cURL scripting.
  7. Basic proficiency in writing SQL queries (e.g., SELECT statements, JOIN clauses).
  8. Fundamental knowledge of networking concepts (http/s, ping, tracert, SSL, TCP/IP, Firewalls, Proxies, DNS, etc.).
  9. Basic understanding of Web Technologies such as HTML, JavaScript, CSS, XML.
  10. Problem-solving, analytical, and troubleshooting skills for addressing various customer use cases or requirements.
  11. Team player with a positive attitude.
  12. Any experience in Technical Support/Automation QA roles is a plus.
