About this opportunity
The role of the Graduate Engineer Trainee is integral to the BCSS SA CNS GSD team, contributing to customer service delivery while adhering to contracted Service Level Agreements. The individual will execute tasks following established processes and demonstrate proficiency in Ericsson’s Products, Solutions, and Services.
The trainee will actively participate in a mentoring program facilitated by experienced NDO Engineers.
What you will do
- Conduct analysis, audit, design, and optimization of telecom networks.
- Work independently to deliver high-quality results within the defined project or service scope.
- Engage in scope-based deliveries and contribute to process automation.
- Propose solutions for technical challenges within the domain.
- Contribute innovative ideas, foster innovative thinking within the team, and identify opportunities for basic automation to streamline repetitive tasks.
You will bring
- Understanding of Wireless/Mobile Technologies such as 2G/3G/4G/5G.
- Proficiency in high-level programming languages, such as Python.
- Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills, with a solid grasp of MS Office Tools.
- Effective presentation skills (both oral and written) and flexibility to work in various time zones, including night shifts.
Educational Qualifications
B.E/B.Tech. in Computer Science/Electronics & Communication/Telecommunication/IT.
