Responsibilities
As an Associate Software Engineer, your key responsibilities include:
- Designing, building, testing, assembling, supporting, and configuring applications based on business requirements.
- Understanding business drivers influencing performance and delivering software to meet those expectations.
- Incorporating technology trends into solutions and actively participating in the development of automation solutions, new functionalities, and technologies to integrate them into existing solutions.
- Resolving incidents and providing customer support through voice interaction, email, chat, or remote support.
Qualifications
We seek candidates with:
- Ability to proactively address and resolve business issues.
- Versatility across disciplines with a quick aptitude for learning and applying new skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, along with proficient verbal and written communication skills.

Preferred Skills
Candidates with the following skills will be given preference:
- Basic understanding of ABAP Development on HANA, CDS, AMDP, Performance Analysis.
- Experience or knowledge in the configuration and customization of Salesforce.com applications.
- Proficiency in J2EE and full-stack development.
- Knowledge and development experience in .NET (ASP.NET/ASP.NET MVC).
- Test automation engineering, including the creation of test designs, processes, cases, and data.
Eligibility Criteria
Candidates must meet the following criteria:
- All streams/branches of B.E/B.Tech/M.E/M.Tech, MCA, and M.Sc. (CSE, IT only) from 2022 & 2023 pass-outs with full-time education only.
- No active backlogs during application and/or onboarding.
- Completion of relevant degree within the stipulated duration with no gaps.
- MBA/PGDBM candidates are not eligible to apply for this role.
Application Process
If you are eligible, you will receive an email invitation for online assessments, including a mandatory mock assessment to ensure the right hardware, software, and internet connectivity. The assessment includes Cognitive and Technical stages and a Coding assessment. Candidates must clear each stage to progress to the next.
Assessment #1: Cognitive and Technical
- English ability, Critical thinking, Problem-solving, Abstract Reasoning
- Technical assessment on Common Application, MS Office, Pseudocode, Fundamentals of Networking, Security, and Cloud.
Assessment #2: Coding
- Duration: 45 minutes
- Solve 2 questions using C, C++, .NET, Java, or Python.
Assessment #3: Communication
- Duration: 30 minutes
- Assessing Sentence Mastery, Vocabulary, Fluency, Pronunciation.
