Position:  Business Analyst

Salary: Up to 10 LPA*

Degree: Bachelor’s/Master’s Degree/MBA

Batch: 19/20/21/22/23/2024

Experience: Freshers or Experienced

Location: Pune, India


JOB DESCRIPTION:-

  • Analyze existing HR processes and identify areas for enhancement and optimization.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and understand business needs.
  • Design and propose innovative solutions to improve process efficiency within HR operations.
  • Stay updated on market tools and industry best practices to incorporate into HR services.
  • Provide technical support and expertise for HR systems and tools.
  • Ensure seamless functionality and integration of HR technology solutions.
  • Develop clear documentation, reports, and presentations to communicate proposed solutions.
  • Prioritize solutions based on impact, feasibility, and stakeholder needs.
  • Act as a liaison between technical teams and HR stakeholders to bridge the gap and ensure alignment of solutions.


ELIGIBLITY CRITERIA

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, HR, or related field. Master’s degree preferred.
  • Proven experience as a Business Analyst or in a similar role within the HR domain.
  • Strong understanding of HR processes from hire to retire.
  • Expertise in solution design, process optimization, and project management.
  • Familiarity with HR technology tools, software, and systems.
  • Excellent communication skills to interact with diverse stakeholders.
  • Analytical mindset and ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
  • Proven track record of implementing successful process improvements.


IMPORTANT POINTS:-

  • Certification in Business Analysis or Project Management/ Lean Six Sigma
  • Experience with HRIS (Human Resources Information Systems).
  • Proficiency in data analysis and reporting tools.
  • Knowledge of compliance and regulatory requirements in HR.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication skills.
