Required Qualifications & Skills:-
- BSc or higher in computer science or a closely related field
- At least one year of professional experience in API development
- Proficiency in Node .js or Python
- Experience in relational databases and Linux environments
- Demonstrated ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
- Nice to have
- Knowledge of the energy industry
- Experience in working and delivering products and services in agile environments
- Knowledge of cloud infrastructure and services
- Experience in containerisation and micro-services architectures
Roles & Responsibilities:-
- This position will be within Fluence’s software engineering team working on the Nispera Asset Performance Management (APM) platform.
- The role will be based in Fluence’s excellence center in Bangalore and will report to the Nispera software engineering team located in India and Europe.
- As an Junior API developer for web applications, you will work closely together with experienced software engineers in developing interfaces between the frontends and backends.
- Key responsibilities include implementation, documentation, and maintenance of containerized Rest API applications.
