Job Requirements:

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Take ownership of customer-reported issues and resolve them by providing effective solutions.
  2. Research, diagnose, troubleshoot, and identify solutions to address system/application issues.
  3. Follow standard procedures for the proper escalation of unresolved issues to the appropriate internal teams.

Technical Experience:

  1. Install and configure various applications.
  2. Implement installation and configuration of the operating system using methods such as WDS, GHOST, Bootable PD, etc.
  3. Ensure proper logging of all issues.
  4. Document technical issues in the knowledge database.
  5. Demonstrate the ability to learn and work with changing and emerging technologies. Certification in new technologies like Azure and AWS will be considered an advantage.
  6. Monitor users’ system issues until resolved, adhering to the SLA.

Professional Attributes:

  1. Possess good technical skills and stay abreast of current technology trends.
  2. Exhibit effective communication skills, both written and verbal.
  3. Demonstrate Tech-Savviness.
  4. Be flexible to work in all shifts and handle pressure situations.
  5. Possess good analytical skills.

Educational Qualification: Completion of 15 years of full-time education.
