Job Description
Job Summary
This role involves contributing to and executing full systems life cycle management tasks (such as analysis, technical specifications, design, programming, testing, implementation of systems and applications software, etc.). The individual participates in designing component and data architecture, technology planning, and testing for Applications Development (AD) projects to fulfill business needs. They provide insights into applications development project plans and integrations, collaborating with teams and embracing new technologies to ensure effective communication and goal achievement. This role offers expertise and assistance for applications development, integration, and maintenance, contributing input to departmental and project decisions.
Responsibilities:
Conducts systems analysis and design. Designs and constructs moderately to highly complex applications. Creates application documentation. Generates integration builds. Performs maintenance and offers support. Facilitates adoption of emerging technologies and products. Primary Skills:
Knowledge of Continuous Integration and Continuous Deployment (CI/CD) tools and processes Understanding of Infrastructure as Code Familiarity with cloud computing platforms Proficiency in source code management and version control systems (such as Git) Experience with containerization and container orchestration (e.g., Docker and Kubernetes) Competence in automation and scripting (e.g., Bash, Python)
Secondary Skills:
Expertise in monitoring and logging Familiarity with Agile and DevOps methodologies Understanding of cloud security and compliance Strong collaboration and communication skills Qualifications:
